Will Gift Lift clutter my product page?
No. Gift Lift adds one small chip in a corner of the page. There are no pop-ups on page load, no banners, and nothing is added to your product form. The gift panel opens only when a shopper taps the chip.
Is the gift a real product?
Yes. You pick any product from your catalog. It is added to the cart as itself, so inventory and orders stay accurate. There are no $0 copies of products.
What happens if the cart drops below the minimum spend?
The gift stops being free. Checkout shows a message and asks the shopper to remove it before paying, so it is never charged by mistake.
Which amount counts toward the minimum?
Item prices before discounts, not counting the gift itself or gift cards.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. Gift Lift is a theme app embed, so there is no theme code to edit. It uses your theme's font, and you choose the corner, the accent color and the messages. It is tested on Dawn and Horizon.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. On small screens the chip stays out of the way and the panel opens as a bottom sheet.
What happens when I uninstall?
The app embed goes away with the app, so nothing is left in your theme. Your store's data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
